Within a few hours, employees and products of the Bonn-based institute were digitally accessible

Companies that make their living from the seminar business are naturally particularly hard hit by the Corona crisis. Fast and professional rethinking and switching with experienced partners is required. A best-practice example from these days is the IFU Institute for Corporate Management in Bonn, which has made the digital leap with the help of NAS conception. IFU is the market leader in tax law training for tax consultant firms and organizes more than 2,000 seminars and conferences per year.

Through Corona, the company was forced to convert all scheduled event dates to online events. “In this context, Microsoft Teams is the central platform for the provision of the products and for the location-independent handling of internal processes,” explains Andreas Eickel from NAS. “IFU customers receive an invitation and can attend events via browser or app.” In March 2020, after the changeover, 21 seminars – with 420 participants – were already successfully held online. “NAS conception set up the teams cloud infrastructure within a few hours, so we were able to take off online ad hoc,” says Frederic Schürmann, responsible for digital transformation at the IFU Institute. The IFU team can still be reached by all customers in the home office – thanks to the NC365 Teams:M solution package, even under the familiar landline numbers.
