NAS conception is consistently continuing its path of also developing and offering its own apps with high user added value. The latest release from the Microsoft specialists at AppSource is called “NC365 SharePoint Connect.”
Dynamics 365 extension
At its core, this is an extension to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that makes online file storage much easier for companies. By way of background: By default, i.e. without this app, no external documents can be added to the cloud ERP system. Those who use the app, on the other hand, can easily drag and drop pdf files into the system, for example. They are then automatically keyworded and embedded in the overall structure. The result is characterized by a high degree of clarity, which in turn facilitates work processes. And that’s not all: Using the search function, documents can be retrieved within seconds, for example by entering the invoice number – whether on the office PC or on the road on a smartphone.
NAS has entered new territory with this
“With our app, we can offer a completely integrated document management system that is mapped via SharePoint,” explains NAS Managing Director Andreas Eickel. With this development, new ground has been broken. It is offered in Germany, Austria, the UK and the USA and is already attracting great interest. The cost is just 59 euros per system per month.
“NC365 SharePoint Connect” is the second app from own development. The company celebrated its premiere in this area around six months ago with the “NC365 PCM“. NAS Conception helps customers create, manage and bill project contracts with this add-on. These can be created and billed with notice periods, contract terms, discounts. The planning of resources is supported by graphical planning.
Dynamics addition will not be the last app
“We are planning more tools of this kind for the future,” emphasizes Andreas Eickel. Last but not least, the company wants to demonstrate its high level of competence in dealing with the Microsoft world. “We know how to complement services in the cloud in a meaningful way.”
