NAS conception at the Microsoft partner conference #DPK18

4 days #DPK18. It was a great event with lots of news to pass on to our customers.

My personal TOP presentations were “The brave new world in customer service: voice assistants and Dynamics 365 hands-on”, in which Paul Batsii illustrated the process of a customer request through to technician dispatching via Alexa voice control.

Thomas Kombrecht informed us about the further roadmap of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and confirmed that our way of supporting our customers in digitalization with the Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow and Power BI), Dynamics 365 and Office 365 is already the right one.

Julia Jauß and Frank Bösenkötter confirmed with their presentation that the topic of AI does not always have to be Rocket Science, as it is often presented to customers by Microsoft. Frank showed us that there are also entry-level scenarios for artificial intelligence in the midmarket and that these can be perfectly implemented with the Dynamics 365 platform.

Social selling means building relationships and transporting valuable information to partners, customers and employees. Franziska Schaadt presented this wonderfully in her talk.

The absolute private highlight for me as a soccer fan was the appearance of Calli Calmund, who told the partners on Monday that IT companies are not so different from Bundesliga soccer clubs and ended his talk with the following “booth” words: “Soooo, I’m done. Now step on the gas!”
