Smart CJM uses NC365 solutions

Queues are an annoying evil anyway, but in Corona times these crowds can even become really dangerous. A Krefeld-based startup has set itself the task of tackling these snakes with modern means. Smart CJM GmbH is a full-service provider for digital visitor control.

The spectrum ranges from booking an appointment on the Internet via PC or smartphone, registration upon arrival at the service provider, seamless subsequent call including navigation support to the counter or room.

Spontaneous visitors can join the queue virtually while still on the road. This consistently avoids long waiting times.

The expertise of the people from the Lower Rhine region is particularly in demand in public authorities and hospitals – and not only in Germany. Health insurance companies and car manufacturers (which offer spectacular pick-up options for new vehicles) also use the company’s services. Launched just one year ago, Smart CJM now already employs 17 people.

From the very beginning, founder and managing director Stefan Dylka, who worked for international corporations for many years before becoming self-employed, attached great importance to a professional IT infrastructure. Before the launch, he therefore turned to NAS conception for ERP and CRM solutions. “The team of Andreas Eickel and Nico Straub had been recommended to me by Microsoft,” he says. After an initial phone call with Andreas Eickel, it was clear to him: “The chemistry is right, we’ll do it with them.”

What was initially supposed to be “just” a cloud ERP solution with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for sales and financial management quickly evolved into the entire enterprise IT from the cloud. With Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, CRM and ERP, NAS conception provided the startup to ensure a professional launch and enable scalability as it grows.

With Teams, Smart CJM used cloud landline telephony from the beginning and built its support hotline with it as well. In SharePoint document management, documents are stored in a structured way via teams. The CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales is used for sales to manage leads and opportunities. Contacts are synchronized with ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to generate project quotes and manage subsequent projects in terms of effort and billing.

After one year of cooperation, Stefan Dylka takes stock: “We are satisfied with NAS. The solutions from the Düsseldorf company grow with our needs, and I also appreciate the personal contact.
