Why Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?
As part of the project, the existing ERP system Xentral will be replaced by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The goal is to consolidate core business processes on a future-proof platform and to consistently advance digitalisation. The planned go-live on January 1, 2027 marks an important milestone on the path to an even more efficient, transparent, and scalable system landscape.
Project scope at a glance
✅ Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the new central ERP system
✅ Replacement of the previous ERP solution Xentral
✅ Migration to the integrated financial accounting in Business Central instead of the previous DATEV processes
✅ Development of a modern interface to the existing WMS system Store Logix
✅ Implementation of the Shopify shop integration for end-to-end e-commerce processes
✅ Data migration as well as optimisation and standardisation of business processes
The shared vision
What is particularly exciting is the shared vision: simplifying processes, reducing media discontinuities, making data centrally available, and creating a platform that optimally supports solago’s continued growth. Business Central will become the digital backbone between e-commerce, logistics, finance, and the connected third-party systems, and it will also form the basis for future AI solutions.
