From isolated solutions to a central ERP platform
As a long-established family business with over 100 years of history, Jeweller Weber stands for personal customer relationships, high-quality advice and exclusive products. At the same time, increasing digitalisation placed new demands on processes, data management and customer experiences.
Several separate systems for sales, inventory, customer management and accounting led to manual effort and limited transparency. To support future growth and further expand service quality, Jeweller Weber decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a central cloud ERP platform.
Successfully implemented together
In close collaboration with NAS conception GmbH, Business Central was implemented and extended with industry-specific functions for the jewellery and watch trade. By integrating POS, online systems, inventory management and financial processes, a unified data foundation was created for all areas of the company.

Clear improvements were evident shortly after implementation:
