With NC365 SMART START, BASU Tee achieved a quick and smooth entry into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – for more efficient processes, better traceability, and greater clarity in daily operations.
For Basu Tee, the main motivation for introducing Dynamics 365 Business Central was to reduce working hours and workload and to improve traceability as part of its own IFS certification.

The implementation process went smoothly, although there were initial challenges, such as mapping specific units in the tea sector and bilingualism.
“The project team gradually set up the individual modules such as purchasing, sales, and accounting. This was very clear and easy for us to understand,”
Basu reports.
Following the implementation, the ERP system brought significant advantages for Basu Tee. Basu explains:
“We have saved time, especially in quotation generation and the creation of sales orders and invoices. As a result, we now have more free capacity to focus on other matters, such as traceability and sustainability.”
Basu Tee employees have positively received the new system.
“Many steps were self-explanatory, and we were able to conduct the training effectively internally. The system was very well received and quickly understood.”
Basu Tee plans to further expand the ERP system, especially with regard to future legal requirements such as e-invoicing.
“We also want our business to continue growing and achieve higher sales while our small team can manage the additional workload.”
